  • Preparing mackets of the advertisements in the newspapers to be displayed to the selling party.
  • Preparing the manual advertisements and cloth signage.
  • Sending faxes and regular letters to whom it may concern.

  • Collecting the preliminary guarantees prior to the session and paying them back to the bidders in case of not buying.
  • Collecting the down payments during the session from the buyers and paying them to the selling party at the end of the selling session.
  • Preparing the selling reports which clarify the circulation movements which are conducted during the selling session.

  • Following up the payment of the remaining price for the sake of the selling party and delivering the species.
