The first Precursors to form the core of the company represented in the office of the leader of the valuation experts – Sayed El Habashy – started in 1944 to become the first specialized office in valuation and expertise in Egypt which included the following sections:
In addition to the field work of the company, the leader of the valuation experts – Sayed El Habashy – was concerned and interested in the scientific side to develop the profession and keeping in line with everything new and modern in the world of Thos Profession. Therefore, he established the Egyptian Scientific Society for Experience, Valuation & Liquidation (declared under No. 1501 of the year 1971) to be the beacon of the experts in the scientific research and keeping the knowledge with everything new and modern in cooperation institutes in England and USA. He wrote a book (one thousand Year with Valuation Experts) to be the first publication in the Arabian Library about the profession.
In order to complete the course of Progress and the numerous achievements in the Egyptian Market, The core was expanded to represent a giant entity which is The Valuation Experts’ Union in its divisions and fields of specializations to keep up with the requirements of the Egyptian Market. Our departments are expanded to include:
The company has in its departments a group of the rare specialization from the Universities of Egypt and the efficient experts as an observance from the company to manage the work system in accordance with the latest work techniques on the world level. On the academic level, the company adopted the idea of establishing the Egyptian Society for The Evaluators of The Real Estate Properties. It contributed with its sponsorship for the conferences of activating the real estate market in cooperation with the cabinet and in accordance with the actual fact. So, our experience is inheritance and study.
